Rewards Terms & Conditions
- For every 350 points earned, participants receive a $25.00 credit.
- Rewards cardholders receive 10% off breakfast every day.
- Rewards cardholders receive a dessert of their choice on their birthday; must present ID.
- Points and cards do not expire.
- A valid email address is required for card activation. We occasionally send out promotional emails with discounts, offers and exclusive information to Rewards members. At any time, members may opt-out of the email program. Caution: Opting-out may result in missing exciting exclusive offers to Rewards cardholders.
- Cardholders must be 18 years of age or older.
- Rewards Card must be presented at time of purchase to receive points.
- One (1) Rewards point earned for every dollar spent in any of our five lounges and restaurant, excluding tax and gratuity; points rounded to nearest dollar. Rewards points not available for nightly hotel fees.
- For every $25.00 credit earned, points balance returns to zero; points not earned on redeemed Rewards and may not be combined with other promotions or give-aways.
- Points have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash; no refunds for unused balances.
- Points are non-transferable and may not be combined with or applied to other member accounts, e.g. House Accounts.
- The Windrift Resort Hotel is not liable for points or awards lost due to fraudulent or unauthorized use. This includes fraud caused by lost cards. The Windrift cannot replace awards if lost or stolen.
- Rewards may not be applied to gratuities, taxes, or hotel accommodations.
- The Windrift Resort Hotel reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions, suspend or terminate this program at anytime without notice.
